Sam has been doing real estate in New Jersey for over 40 years. He began his career as a Project Manager in New York City renovating bus terminals. He eventually relocated to New Jersey and marketed single family subdivisions all over the state. Recently Sam transitioned into developing apartments and commercial property which includes the Delaware Water Gap travel Plaza which is the only private rest stop in the State of New Jersey. Sam is a technical and detail oriented person and his nuts and bolts approach is why he only sells the best quality real estate and makes sure that his clients are getting the most amount of property for their money. Sam’s education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
